Welcome to Systems In Motion

Systems In Motion is a salon for seasoned software engineers. We are a peer-support group, a space where experienced professionals can engage in clarifying conversations and get honest, generous feedback.

Format

Our gatherings generally start with brief remarks from one of our members, followed by breakout discussion. The remarks spark conversation, but the discussions we hold afterwards are our real focus, covering topics that are difficult in other settings: implementation details of large scale systems, organizational politics in growing companies, rollout plans, financial realities, etcetera.
